Required 2-4 years of experience in contract coordination, procurement support, or project administration Experience working with contracts, RFPs, or vendor documentation Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience using document or contract management systems Preferred Experience in construction, development, or engineering environments Familiarity with common construction contract frameworks such as AIA. Communicates clearly and directly in writing and conversation Maintains strong attention to detail and document accuracy Manages multiple deadlines without losing follow-through Asks questions and escalates issues when needed Keeps records organized and current Works collaboratively across departments Follows through on commitments and tracks next steps consistently.
