You will partner closely with Product, DevOps, Infrastructure, Database, and Security leaders to shape and execute platform roadmaps, engaging deeply in discussions around architecture, SDLC practices, observability, and platform evolution to evaluate tradeoffs and set clear technical direction. You will mentor engineering and QA leaders, strengthen engineering effectiveness through improved quality and delivery practices, and apply AI thoughtfully within the SDLC to reduce friction and improve outcomes, while maintaining transparency, accountability, and trust as platforms and ways of working evolve.
