Treatment of behavioral health conditions using evidenced based approaches (CBT, Motivational Interviewing, crisis intervention, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and behavioral activation).Summary of Job Description: The Facilities Manager (FM) is responsible for planning and managing the repair and maintenance for up to 60-100 stores in one (occasionally two) Region(s) and provides training to store managers on facility maintenance and repairs. This position searches, evaluates, and negotiates and contracts with regional vendors to provide preventative maintenance and needed repair services to assigned stores.
The Facilities Manager will be the single point of contact responsible for assigned sites and provide leadership and direction to a team of highly skilled staff in delivering facilities management services in a retail environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in matrix management organization Retail experience is a plus Familiarity with the financial service industry Location: Must be based in New York with the ability to travel up to 25% annually This position does not provide visa sponsorship.

This role sits alongside two regionally focused Development & Design Managers responsible for ground-up development and large-scale interior buildouts, and is specifically focused on the interior retrofit and improvement work that spans the full U.S. portfolio. Projects are interior-scope, executed within operating data centers, and require someone who thrives in the complexity of occupied, live-infrastructure environments where precision, coordination, and minimizing customer disruption are as important as design quality.
This role oversees the full lifecycle of inside plant deployments, including structured cabling, fiber optic systems, cable tray installation, equipment integration, network infrastructure, commissioning support, and customer handoff activities. Position requires frequent travel and the flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and off-shift work, as needed to support customer schedules, maintenance windows, project milestones, and emergency situations.
li>Maintain membership in and active engagement with societies like Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), The Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA), and the American Institute of Architects (AIA). You will be involved when the opportunity is identified, will lead proposal development and negotiations through award, will form and lead your project delivery team (PDT) through all phases of design/execution, and will continue to manage through construction completion to project close out.
