Lead renovations, repairs, replacements, relocations, expansions, and other assigned capital projects from scope development through closeout, coordinating schedules, budgets, vendors, and site stakeholders. Reporting to the Vice President, Portfolio Management, this role translates portfolio priorities into consistent maintenance, compliance, vendor, budget, and capital-project execution so each location remains safe, well maintained, and ready to support operations and growth.
