Everlight Solar is seeking a skilled Recruitment Assistant to assist in attracting candidates, screening them and matching them to appropriate positions. These collaborative individuals use high communication skills to manage a variety of functions related to recruitment, including reporting to the hiring manager and coordinating communication between job applicants. This role manages the day-to-day operations of equity administration and compensation program implementation while ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering a strong employee experience. The Compensation & Equity Analyst partners with internal stakeholders and external vendors to analyze program performance and provide data-driven recommendations that align with company strategy, market benchmarks, and business needs.This role combines operational execution and analytical insight to ensure compensation programs are competitive and well understood by employees.What you will do...<ul><li>Compensation Program Administration: Administer the company’s compensation program, including annual compensation cycle execution, compensation structure integrity and process documentation. Coordinate with HR and Finance for timely issue resolution, and high service quality for employees.</li><li>Equity Program Administration:  Support administration of the company’s stock incentive plan, including grant issuance, share pool oversight, share release, company disbursement execution, tax form distribution. Partner with external parties as well as internal partners in accounting and legal to execute processes and identify opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Compensation Technology and HRIS Integration: Manage compensation administration and visualization systems and HRIS integrations, including platforms such as Pave, Workday or ADP. Contribute to configuration, system updates, and automation of workflows to improve operational efficiency and enable effective employee self-service.</li><li>Compensation & Equity Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze internal and external compensation trends and employee engagement data to assess program effectiveness. Develop reports and dashboards to inform leadership decisions related to compensation strategy, cost management, and program design.</li><li>Employee Experience and Engagement: Identify opportunities to enhance transparency, understanding, improve communications, and increase employee experience with compensation and equity awards.
