Licensed Insurance Sales Professional – Allstate Agency (Base pay plus High Commission) John Thompson - Allstate Agency located at 37 Calumet Pkwy Ste F103, Newman, GA is hiring a remote Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Professional who knows how to sell — not just take orders. This role is designed for a self-motivated closer who values real conversations, builds rapport quickly, and confidently overcomes objections to close business. Prior Allstate experience, sales team leader and/or sales trainer experience is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Sell personal lines insurance (Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella)</li><li>Conduct consultative sales conversations and close new business</li><li>Overcome objections and confidently ask for the sale</li><li>Work inbound leads while maintaining strong outbound call activity</li><li>Follow up consistently and manage a full sales pipeline</li><li>Contribute to team premium and item count goals</li><li>Drive sales results</li></ul> Required Qualifications<ul><li>Active Georgia Property & Casualty insurance license (required)</li><li>Allstate experience (required)</li><li>Strong objection-handling and closing skills</li><li>Self-directed, disciplined, and goal-oriented</li><li>Comfortable working independently and remotely when eligible</li><li>Leadership mindset or experience training/coaching sales teams is a plus</li></ul> Compensation & Earnings Potential<ul><li>Base Salary: $32,000 – $36,000 plus Unlimited Commission</li></ul>Realistic Annual Earnings:<ul><li>Average Producer: $64k+</li><li>Top Producer: $84k+</li><li>Elite Producer: $96k+</li></ul>Team Bonus Program (given monthly when the team meets certain goals or Total Items and Premium):<ul><li>Team-based bonus paid per person:</li><li>Tier 1: $250</li><li>Tier 3: $750</li><li>Based on total premium and item count goals</li></ul> Benefits<ul><li>32 hours PTO after 90 days</li><li>Year 1: 1 week paid vacation + 32 hours PTO (9 days total)</li><li>Year 2: 2 weeks paid vacation + 32 hours PTO (14 days total)</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Remote work potential based on performance; must be within 1.5 hour drive of our office location.</li></ul> This is not a service or order-taking role.If you’re licensed, competitive, and driven by results — apply by submitting your resume today.
