What You’ll Do <ul><li> Close inbound insurance leads (home, auto, bundled policies) </li><li> Generate new business through outbound calls, follow-ups, referrals, and re-quotes </li><li> Own the full sales cycle from first contact through close </li><li> Identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions that increase protection and premium </li><li> Cross-sell and round accounts to maximize revenue per client </li><li> Follow up consistently to improve close rates and pipeline conversion </li><li> Maintain high daily activity (calls, quotes, and follow-ups) </li><li> Hit and exceed individual sales goals and revenue targets </li></ul>Qualifications <ul><li> Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License (required) </li><li> 1+ year of insurance sales experience preferred </li><li> Strong closing ability and objection-handling skills </li><li> Comfortable making outbound calls and working leads daily </li><li> Strong communication and computer skills (CRM, quoting systems, Microsoft Office) </li><li> Ability to multi-task and manage a pipeline effectively </li><li> Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus </li></ul>What Sets Our Team Apart We are a high-performing insurance sales agency focused on results, strong inbound lead flow, and developing top producers.
