Required Qualifications: Two or more years of ICU experience; comfortable with floating to Emergency Department and Step Down units; BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications; ability to document TCAR, TNCC, CCRN, SCRN certifications are a plus; travel experience preferred; neuro surgical and open heart experience preferred. Additional Information: Responsible for integrating evidence-based knowledge into practice, delegation and coordination of nursing care, participating in patient conferences, discharge planning, teaching, mentoring, and serving as a team leader.
