Ten or more years of progressively responsible technology leadership experience, including technology planning and execution, people leadership, budgeting, vendor management, systems implementation, cybersecurity, service delivery, and organizational change; experience leading in a multi-site or complex service organization strongly preferred. Demonstrated strength in enterprise project and program management, including successful delivery of complex, cross-functional implementations involving business-process redesign, data, integrations, vendors, training, change management, and executive governance; PMP, PgMP, Prosci, or comparable credentials are desirable.
