seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager (PMP) to join their team for a
critical Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system implementation. This is a
hybrid position, primarily remote with limited on-site requirements in
Harrisburg, PA. Candidates must be local to Pennsylvania and possess a valid PA
Driver’s License as proof of residency. <hr align="center"/>Position Overview This role is designated as full-time
telework, allowing work from home, with the following exceptions: <ul><li>On-site
 requirement: The first Wednesday of each month (or the following Wednesday
 under special circumstances) for collaboration with the Project Management

 changes: Staff may be required to commute to Harrisburg if telework

 subject matter expertise (SME) in case management across all agencies. </li><li>Collaborating
 with and leading other program PMs to ensure successful ECM system
 implementation and associated business processes. </li><li>Communicating
 and participating in established ECM governance structures with executive
 leadership, DHS program office stakeholders, and HHS Delivery Center (DC).
 </li><li>Creating
 plans to onboard and support program offices to the new ECM platform. </li><li>Developing
 strategies to decommission existing systems as onboarding is completed.</li></ul><hr align="center"/>Required Skills and Experience<ul><li>7–9
 years of experience directly managing technical initiatives with large
 project teams, diverse IT areas, technical complexity, and vendor
 involvement. </li><li>Proven
 experience implementing Enterprise-level solutions. </li><li>PMP
 Certification through the Project Management Institute (PMI). </li><li>Four-year
 college degree or equivalent technical study. </li><li>Strong
 skills in: <ul><li>Budgeting
 </li><li>Communication
 (verbal and written) </li><li>Leadership,
 negotiation, and influencing </li><li>Organizational
 and problem-solving abilities </li><li>Team
