Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred • 5-7 years of experience in paid, performance, or growth marketing roles • Hands-on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns and budgets • Experience working with external agencies or growth marketing partners • Experience with influencer and affiliate marketing programs or partner-driven growth • Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution and performance reporting • Comfort operating in regulated or compliance-conscious environments • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and other stakeholders • Experience in fintech, financial services, or regulated marketplaces • Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns targeting older adults (typically ages 55+, including retirees and pre-retirees) • Familiarity with deposit products (savings, CDs, money market, etc.) • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, or funnel optimization tools. • Oversee and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across search, social, display, and other performance channels • Manage the day-to-day relationship with CD Valet's external growth marketing firm, including planning, performance reviews, and testing priorities • Support testing and evaluation of new paid marketing platforms and opportunities.
