Draft and revise an extensive range of transactional real property legal documents, including service agreements, grant agreements, consulting agreements, agricultural and recreational leases, letters of intent, due diligence objection letters, escrow agreements, real estate purchase agreements, restrictive covenants, access easements, and management agreements for attorney review and approval. The Paralegal provides support to the Fund’s Legal Department in connection with real estate closings, correspondence, and interfacing with title companies.
