| SGE Marketing Services Inc, is an affiliate company of Spring-Green Enterprises parent company seeking a full-time Contact Center Sales Manager based out of Plainfield, IL. This is a hybrid position with flexibility to work remote part of the year, along with expectations to work in the Plainfield IL, office during our busy season. The CCSM serves as the subject matter expert in all aspects of the Sales Team’s operational functions, (including inbound customer acquisition, outbound acquisition and upsell calls, outbound property evaluation follow-up calls, and property measurement collections), and ensures all sales agents are held accountable to maximizing their contributions to the team and are consistently meeting established levels of performance. |
