Working independently within the scope of their professional license, the Licensed Clinician conducts comprehensive clinical assessments, establishes diagnoses, develops individualized treatment plans, provides evidence-based psychotherapy, facilitates therapeutic groups, coordinates care across disciplines, and promotes recovery-oriented treatment that reflects the values and mission of CRHE. Licensed Clinicians serve as integral members of the interdisciplinary treatment team and collaborate closely with Counselor I staff, Counselor II staff, Qualified Psychiatric Practitioners, case management, peer recovery professionals, primary care providers, hospitals, and community organizations to ensure coordinated, person-centered behavioral healthcare.
