Your specific assignments will vary based on contract needs, but will generally fall within the following areas: Call Center & Customer Service:You'll support a professional, high-responsiveness call center fielding phone calls and electronic inquiries from the security community with a goal of resolving issues at the first point of contact. Ability to demonstrate a working knowledge of National Security Databases including the JPAS, DISS, CATS, e-QIP, DCII, DPS, OPM, SII, CVS and PIPS personnel security applications / systems.
