Performs comprehensive dental hygiene assessments and preventive services, including medical history review, dental and periodontal charting, patient screening, vital signs as required, prophylaxis, scaling and root planning, and other services within the scope of practice. Maintains a safe, clean, and properly equipped clinical environment by cleaning and sterilizing instruments, maintaining assigned operatories, restocking supplies, and performing routine cleaning and maintenance of dental equipment.
