The Director, RN Residency Program provides strategic, operational, educational, and fiscal leadership for the organization''s American Nursing Credentialing Center's (ANCC) Practice Transition Accreditation Program (PTAP) accredited or accreditation-seeking RN Residency Program. Five (5) to seven (7) years of progressive nursing leadership experience required, experience in nursing education, nursing professional development, residency programs, workforce development, or transition-to-practice programs, experience with program development, curriculum design, competency assessment, and outcome evaluation.
