The Regional Mobility Partner owns end-to-end delivery of international assignments and cross-border moves within an assigned region, acting as the primary point of contact for employees, managers, country HR teams and external vendors across the mobility lifecycle and sponsored employment. Responsible for overseeing immigration case management, documentation collection, compliance activities, employee communications, case tracking, government audits, and strategic workforce planning related to immigration sponsorship.
