We're assisting an amazing client with a Contract-hire Corporate/Litigation Paralegal position in Walnut Creek, CA. In this role, you'll support corporate governance, commercial contracting, litigation management, and compliance programs across a dynamic, multi‑entity organization. You'll work closely with Legal, Finance, HR, Operations, and external counsel to keep the business running smoothly and in full compliance. This is a hybrid position. The right candidate will ideally have 5+ years of combined experience in litigation, commercial contracts and corporate governance. Additional experience in business immigration is a plus but not required. What you'll do:<ul><li>Maintain corporate records and support domestic and international entity management</li><li>Coordinate litigation matters, discovery, legal holds, and outside counsel workflows</li><li>Prepare board materials, resolutions, and meeting minutes</li><li>Assist with business immigration matters</li><li>Lead contract lifecycle processes and support review of NDAs, vendor/customer agreements, and commercial contracts</li><li>Support compliance programs, regulatory filings, audits, and privacy requirements (e.g., CPRA)</li></ul>What you bring:<ul><li>Experience in corporate governance, contracts, litigation support, or business immigration</li><li>Strong organizational skills and comfort managing deadlines across multiple jurisdictions</li><li>Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and communicate clearly with stakeholders</li></ul>If you're a proactive legal professional who thrives in a fast‑moving environment and thrives working independently and with legal executives this might be a great role for you!All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
