As a Customer Service Rep, you will support inbound customer inquiries and resolve customer issues by delivering world-class customer service. Proactively make recommendations to address the root causes of escalations and complaints by leveraging escalation contacts and processes. </li><li>Sharing information and knowledge with other team members to recognize and reduce the number of repeated issues. </li><li>Capturing all pertinent customer contact information accurately and concisely within the data capture systems and ensure data is properly maintained. </li><li>Following escalation and complaint procedures in order to ensure that all customer escalations and complaints are tracked, and all relevant parties are informed of actions taken to resolve issues. </li><li>Utilizing appropriate tools to ensure the customer receives relevant information and identify knowledge gaps and/or outdated policy/procedure which caused frontline efforts to fail. </li></ul>These are the qualifications we are looking for: <ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Minimum 2 years of customer service and/or contact center experience </li><li>Experience in de-escalating situations with dissatisfied customers, with an ability to be patient and empathic </li><li>Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills </li></ul>$20 - $20 an hour Third party candidates will not be considered for this opportunity. This position can be remote or hybrid.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Claim Management: Coordinate the administrative tasks associated with non-workers' compensation claims through accurate and timely communication between external parties and internal parties.</li><li>Effectuate Claim Strategies: Effectuate claim strategies in collaboration with external parties and Safety COE in order to make recommendations that align with COE goals.</li><li>Financial Oversight: Prepare monthly claim financial projections and manage external parties billing and claim cost forecasting.</li><li>Risk Management: Coordinate the administrative tasks, track and review process adherence in relation to identified regulations and standards relevant to the COE.</li><li>Risk Mitigation: Collaborate with external and internal parties to reduce the likelihood or severity of negative impacts in relation to identified risks within the COE for which processes & monitoring have been established.</li></ul>Tasks & DutiesClaim Management<ul><li>Assess all non-workers compensation incidents logged and determine whether to pursue a claim</li><li>Effectuate strategy agreed upon with insurance carriers and internal stakeholders</li><li>Deliver key information to Safety & Risk Directors to aid in strategy and settlement decisions</li><li>Accurately post and maintain all monthly claim financial projections</li><li>Review and manage insurance carrier and external party performance</li></ul>Risk Management<ul><li>Assess and maintain all recordkeeping and posting requirements for OSHA compliance</li><li>Assess and maintain all state-specific medical panel requirements for applicable workers compensation law compliance</li><li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding all separation agreements to deliver state-specific documentation and ensure applicable processes are followed</li></ul>Risk Mitigation<ul><li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage and ensure all company driver and motor vehicle compliance requirements are met pursuant to applicable Department of Transportation regulations</li><li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders and outside counsel to manage and validate all company-sponsored visas (PERM, H-1B, TN, etc.) pursuant to applicable immigration laws/requirements</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree</li><li>Juris Doctor (JD) preferred, not required</li><li>3+ years of experience in the legal, insurance, compliance or construction industry</li><li>Excellent and timely written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Able to lead and follow with equal ease, based on circumstances</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook</li></ul>Lithko is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
