Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following: Utilizing Process Modelling, Feasibility, Value, and Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) to provide software advisory and implementation services for clients in the Oil, Gas, and Energy industries; Tracking implementation defects, coordinating defect resolution efforts, and documenting resolution details, utilizing Azure DevOps, HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and Atlassian Jira; Developing functional specifications for custom development and interface with external systems utilizing Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Process Modelling, Prototyping, and Data Modeling; Working across all phases of the Software Development lifecycle to design, develop, test and implement Salesforce Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), SAP S/4HANA, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for enterprise-level clients; Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional and technical requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that fully meet client needs, utilizing Agile methodology, User Stories, Use-Case Analysis, and Data Modeling; Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverables status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Scrum, and Agile Project Management; Utilizing Postman, Jira, and Azure DevOps to support Integration, Functional, System Integration (SIT), and User Acceptance (UAT) Testing to ensure successful design and implementation of solutions; and. Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments, utilizing Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), Microsoft (MS) Visio, and PowerPoint.
