Working collaboratively with the Director of Practice Operations, implementation team members, clinical leaders, and frontline staff, the Clinical Implementation Specialist coordinates implementation activities that integrate evidence-based parent coaching into routine clinical care through workforce development, training, coaching, workflow optimization, performance monitoring, continuous quality improvement, and collaborative problem solving. The Clinical Implementation Specialist serves as an implementation resource and trusted advisor to clinical leaders and staff, translating program goals into practical workflows, facilitating collaboration across disciplines, identifying implementation opportunities and barriers, and supporting the sustainable adoption of evidence-based practices.
