This role independently manages implementation execution for diverse customer environments, including onboarding and live-client work, coordinates cross-functional delivery efforts, and guides customers through configuration, testing, cutover readiness, and launch activities to ensure successful implementation outcomes and positive customer experiences. Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned Alkami products, integrations, or implementation functions by maintaining advanced knowledge, guiding delivery decisions, and supporting consistent execution across customer engagements.
