The Community Affairs Manager will report to the Director of Community Affairs and will support the Community Affairs team's work in collaboration with Regional Leadership, the Corporate Communications team, Clark's purchasing department, various project executives, company subsidiaries such as Atkinson Construction and Edgemoor Infrastructure and Real Estate, and the company's public affairs advisors. The candidate will support Clark's relationships with relevant small businesses, industry partners, trade associations, workforce development organizations, among others, to help achieve small and disadvantaged business participation, local employment goals, and to help build a pipeline of talent seeking meaningful careers in the building industry, especially from under-served and under-represented communities.
