Typical client engagements include program management tasks ranging from the development of implementation manuals and program guidelines, template documents and forms, internal and external stakeholder education; and project management tasks which include assisting in the drafting and development of RFI, RFQ and RFP documents, evaluation manuals, project management plans, and deliverables to assist clients in meeting FHWA major project requirements (PMP, CSRA, IFP, etc.). The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively and capabilities for performing diverse and complex work tasks associated with development, delivery and/or oversight of large infrastructure projects procured using a variety of alternative delivery methods.
