Provide executive leadership over AGCOs external financial reporting processes, including SEC filings (Form 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K), annual reports, earnings disclosures, and all accounting-related aspects of the Companys annual proxy statement, ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and consistency of all public filings. Serve as the primary finance partner to Legal, Investor Relations, Human Resources, Executive Compensation, external auditors, and the Audit Committee on SEC reporting, proxy disclosures, governance matters, and shareholder communications.
