This role will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, support, and decommissioning of physical and virtual server and storage systems, ensuring that these platforms are consistently configured, secure, and reliable across the firm’s global technology platform, while performing routine operational tasks, including system patching, upgrades, backups, and recovery testing, in line with firm policies and change management processes. This role also provides opportunities to develop leadership skills through mentoring colleagues, leading operational initiatives, coordinating team activities, and supporting management in the delivery of strategic and operational objectives, preparing individuals for future leadership responsibilities within the Infrastructure Operations function.
