Required Qualifications: Graduation from a school of nursing; valid RN license in California; a minimum of 2 years recent acute care RN experience; current certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Basic Life Support (BLS); completion of AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring course on hire and every two years thereafter; facility-specific licensure/certifications including AHA-BLS, AHA-ACLS, and AHA-NRP as required. The role focuses on assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, as well as coordinating efforts among the healthcare team to ensure high-quality maternity services.
