LanceSoft specializes in providing Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, LPNs/LVNs, Social Workers, Medical Assistants, and Certified Nursing Assistants to work in Acute Care Centers, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Long-Term Care centers, Rehab Facilities, Behavioral Health Centers, Drug & Alcohol Facilities, Home Health & Community Health, Urgent Care Clinics, and many other provider-based facilities. Duties include, but are not limited to: assessment of health history, addressing physician orders, in-office procedures, patient & family education, chemotherapy administration, cancer symptom management, patient monitoring through frequent visits on their physical state, as well as their emotional well-being, acts as the primary conduit of communication with patients, often relaying patient information and feedback to physicians, providing direct nursing care, including triage of patient care needs.
