Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field 7+ years of hands-on experience in systems engineering, network engineering, public cloud infrastructure, or related fields, with a proven track record of maintaining SLAs and providing friction-less experiences 5+ years of IT leadership experience, preferably leading multiple teams.
