This role is responsible for ensuring the availability, scalability, and operational excellence of critical technology platforms including cloud infrastructure, data centers, networking, virtualization, storage, end-user computing, service desk operations, backup and recovery, and platform automation. The role also partners closely with cybersecurity, engineering, and business leaders to align infrastructure investments with organizational priorities while managing budgets, vendor relationships, technology lifecycles, and high-performing technical teams.
