We are seeking an Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Manager who will be responsible for leading the design, operation, and continuous improvement of Americhem's global IT infrastructure and cybersecurity environment.

We are seeking an Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Manager who will be responsible for leading the design, operation, and continuous improvement of Americhem's global IT infrastructure and cybersecurity environment. This role will oversee both on-premise and cloud-based systems while ensuring a strong security posture across the organization. An experienced, strategic, and hands-on leader with the ability to manage complex environments, lead teams, and drive technology initiatives while maintaining operational excellence is critical to success in this role. <h5>Responsibilities </h5><ul><li>Develop and execute a multi-year infrastructure and cybersecurity roadmap aligned with business objectives </li><li>Oversee global infrastructure including network, servers, cloud platforms (Azure), endpoints, and collaboration systems </li><li>Ensure high availability, scalability, performance, and resilience of all IT systems </li><li>Lead cloud strategy, including hybrid architecture, governance, and cost optimization </li><li>Establish and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans, including testing and documentation </li><li>Develop and maintain cybersecurity programs, policies, and standards to protect company systems and data </li><li>Lead vulnerability management, risk assessments, penetration testing, and remediation efforts </li><li>Oversee endpoint security, network security, identity management, and monitoring solutions </li><li>Direct incident response activities and lead root cause analysis </li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and industry security requirements </li><li>Provide leadership and direction to infrastructure and service desk teams </li><li>Establish and monitor SLAs and KPIs to ensure high-quality IT service delivery </li><li>Drive continuous improvement using ITIL-based processes (incident, problem, change, and asset management) </li><li>Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes and IT asset lifecycle management </li><li>Promote automation, standardization, and process efficiency across IT operations </li><li>Manage IT projects, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful delivery of initiatives </li><li>Provide escalation support for complex technical issues and participate in architecture and system design </li><li>Contribute to scripting, automation, and technical documentation </li><li>Serve as a technical advisor to IT leadership on emerging technologies and risk mitigation strategies </li></ul><h5>Qualifications </h5><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field required </li><li>Advanced degree or certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCNP, Azure, Security+, ITIL) preferred </li><li>7+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience </li><li>3–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience </li><li>Experience managing hybrid environments (on-premise and Azure cloud) </li><li>Proven experience leading cybersecurity programs, including risk management and incident response </li><li>Experience with ITIL-based service management and service desk operations </li></ul><h5>Skills </h5><ul><li>Strong knowledge of Windows Server, virtualization, Microsoft 365, Azure, and identity platforms (AD/Entra ID) </li><li>Experience with enterprise networking, firewalls, routing, and secure remote access </li><li>Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, CIS Controls, ISO 27001) </li><li>Strong project and vendor management capabilities </li><li>Financial acumen, including budgeting and cost optimization </li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills </li><li>Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences </li></ul><h5>Additional Information </h5><ul><li>Travel: Up to 10–20% </li></ul><h5>Desired Qualities/Attributes </h5><ul><li>Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology with business goals </li><li>Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach and develop teams </li><li>Hands-on mindset with the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels </li><li>Calm and decisive under pressure, particularly during incidents </li><li>Strong ownership mentality with the ability to drive initiatives to completion </li><li>Continuous learner who stays current with emerging technologies and cybersecurity trends </li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities </li></ul>
