The internal services provided directly support platform teams who deliver services, products, and projects that impact external customers of EXELON as part of the delivery of gas and electric service, the systems required for legal and regulatory compliance, employee and public safety, reporting of financial performance, knowledge and communications of customer information, etc. Manage a large team of information technology professionals responsible for design, build, operation and technical support of the IT infrastructure, hardware maintenance, information security, change management, wide & local area networks, server infrastructure disaster recovery and 24x7 data center and network operations as multiple sites in multiple geographic locations.
