Position Responsibilities: • Pick stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers • Pick up returns and cores • Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs • Daily collection of credit accounts • Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing the CPP with insights learned while making deliveries • Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value • Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, and parking lot • General stocking including truck stocking, back stock, and cycle counts • Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales • Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services • Other duties as assigned. • Speak and write English; Spanish a plus, communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers, peers, and leadership • Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals • Use basic math accurately, add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals • Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed • Confidence in engaging customers and promoting products • Willing to learn about new products and sales techniques.
