They apply a working knowledge of GD&T principles and applications. WHAT YOU WILL DO<ul><li>Perform visual and attribute inspection</li><li>Pull / Verify CMM Reports and 2D Matrix Reports</li><li>Verify certifications</li><li>Open/Run Work To List</li><li>Utilize a basic understanding of visual management system (GYRO)</li><li>Identify Non-Conforming Material with NCMRs and Redtags</li><li>Complete All Inspections</li><li>Inspect Laser Patterns</li><li>Complete DHR Review</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure compliance to Orchid requirements in inspection and record keeping.  Collect inspection data and report results.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation at all times during the manufacturing and inspection process per Good Manufacturing Practices.</li><li>Perform complete Device History Record review including inspection documentation</li><li>Ensure all raw materials received meet specifications. </li><li>Perform testing and inspection at various stages of production, including visual and dimensional inspection</li><li>Ensure customer specifications and other applicable internal external requirements are followed. </li><li>Use handheld inspection tools for measurement purposes, such as micrometers, calipers, height gages, optical comparator, gage blocks, and dial indicators.</li><li>Conduct physical inspection of product with gauging such as: Thread gages, plug gages, pin gages, functional gages. </li><li>Perform visual and/or cosmetic inspection of product following applicable procedure(s) using appropriate light sources. This position is responsible for performing inspections, testing products, identifying defects, maintaining quality records, and ensuring production meets customer and company standards.This role is ideal for candidates with manufacturing quality experience, inspection experience, or individuals who have worked with measuring tools and production processes.<h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>
 Perform in-process and final inspections on parts and assemblies
 </li><li>
 Conduct visual inspections and dimensional checks using measuring equipment
 </li><li>
 Use tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection devices
 </li><li>
 Monitor production quality and identify defects or non-conforming material
 </li><li>
 Assist with corrective actions and quality improvements
 </li><li>
 Complete inspection records, reports, and documentation
 </li><li>
 Support first-piece, in-process, and final inspections
 </li><li>
 Help maintain hold areas and assist with sorting and containment activities when required
 </li><li>
 Participate in quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives

 Support production teams by communicating quality expectations and inspection requirements
