Advanced knowledge of QA program requirements and key construction codes (e.g., ASME BPVC Sections I/VIII, ASME B31, API 650/620/510/570); proficiency witnessing and evaluating field activities, with advanced familiarity in common inspection tools and methods (e.g., welding, NDE, pressure-test methods, weld gauges, PMI, hardness). Coordinate and oversee key static equipment testing and inspection witness/hold points; confirm contractor QC activities are performed correctly, at the required frequency, and meet project specification and code acceptance criteria.
