While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to manipulate, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb and balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk or hear. High School Diploma/GED or comparable trade experience with comparable trade experience defined as five (5) or more years of experience working in the applicable trade, two (2) years of experience in shipbuilding, or, education in the trade comparable to apprenticeship.
