Conduct field inspections and observations for construction projects, which may include, but are not limited to: the construction of surface street improvements (i.e., paving, curb and gutter, sidewalk, etc.), bridges, storm drains and boxes, underground utility systems including lift stations, reservoirs, pressure stations, force mains, parks, grading, fine grading and private street systems, street lights and traffic signals, pipe laying for alignment, grade, jointing, fittings and materials, subgrade and base grade for compaction, alignment, grades and materials. Enforce project specification and verify contractor compliance with codes, regulations, site materials, specifications, blue prints, plans, sketches, actual construction, scheduling of training, alterations, repairs, improvements, reports, change orders, and safety.
