Preferred: *Exposure to aviation maintenance and/or inspection operations processes and procedures *Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military Education: * Must-haves: High school diploma or GED equivalent and typically 2 or more years of relevant experience * A higher-level degree may substitute for experience Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education Physical/Mental/Emotional Requirements: * Frequently walk, sit, stand, climb stairs and steps. Skills: *Active, current Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe (A), or Powerplant (P), or Repairman Certificate *Experience with aircraft, aircraft systems, equipment and parts *Basic understanding of audit and inspection processes and procedures *Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) *Must be able to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on operational requirements.
