The Compliance Specialist collaborates with operations leaders, local management, drivers, and other safety-sensitive team members to provide support and guidance, training, coaching, individual and team assessments and audits, maintain accurate and up to date compliance information, and track and analyze data to improve safety and compliance performance. Essential and other important responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following: Analyze reports, investigate issues, solve problems, and determine compliant options related to electronic logging functions, hours of service (HOS) compliance, and state/federal regulated documents required for CDL driver compliance.
