This includes proficiency in entering empirical data into modeling software and interpreting the results; Prepare a formal scope of work from the evaluation, followed by an estimate of cost based on agency pricing; Coordinate with the contractor or internal crew during construction; Perform in-progress inspections with a final, formal inspection process like the audit process that requires understanding of Program Specifications, Policies, and Procedures; Work closely with the Weatherization Program Director and the Associate Director during the process on technical, client files, and fiscal issues; Prepare reports as requested and participate in the monitoring processes by regulatory agencies and grantors as needed; Other duties as assigned. Provide a Washington State driving abstract (motor vehicle record) for the previous three (3) years that reflects no major violations and must be approved and added to the company's fleet insurance authorized driver list.
