Duties and Responsibilities Duties vary by level, with increasing independence, complexity, leadership, and responsibility: Level I (Entry-Level): Assist experienced installers with basic fabrication, assembly, layout, cutting, bending, and sealing of ductwork under direct supervision; perform general site cleanup, material handling/loading/unloading, tool organization, and support tasks; participate in safety briefings and learn dry-side HVAC basics through on-the-job training. Work Environment/Safety: Primarily field-based in commercial/industrial settings (indoor/outdoor, varying weather, active sites); exposure to noise, dust, heights, sharp materials, mechanical hazards; must adhere to OSHA regulations, conduct hazard identification, and wear required PPE (hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, harnesses, steel-toed boots) at all times-safety is our top priority and non-negotiable.
