Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 15 years' experience in project controls work on engineering and construction projects, including planning, estimating, forecasting, scheduling, cost control, schedule control, and project management information systems, Or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education including 5 years leading and managing teams. Lead mentorship, training, and capability development initiatives for project controls personnel, including onboarding, technical coaching, competency development, lessons learned, quality improvement programs, and advancement of project controls best practices, tools, and methodologies across HDR and client organizations.
