As a floral merchandiser, you will be responsible for - Merchandising and maintaining fresh floral displays - Watering, rotating, and caring for floral products - Following planograms and completing light paperwork - Building attractive floral arrangements and displays - Lifting, moving, and organizing floral supplies (up to 40 lbs) - Keeping work areas clean, organized, and visually appealing - Assisting with holiday and peak season floral displays, including Valentines Day, Easter, Mothers Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas - Traveling locally to support nearby store locations as needed. You'll work closely with store teams to ensure each display is vibrant, inviting, and well-organized, helping to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
