What We're Looking For• 3+ years of experience in:• Millwork installation• Cabinet installation• Finish carpentry• Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints• Strong math skills (measurements, fractions, angles)• Experience with laminate and prefinished materials• Comfortable using power tools and carpentry equipment• Willing to travel regularly and work overtime• Valid driver's license. What You'll Do• Install commercial casework, cabinets, and architectural millwork• Read and work from blueprints and shop drawings• Perform layout, scribing, cutting, and fitting• Install prefinished wood, laminate cabinetry, and trim• Use tools like miter saw, table saw, router, and biscuit joiner• Travel to job sites and complete projects on schedule.
