Leads delivery of implementation services, including project execution, resource management, operational performance, service offering development, team leadership, staffing, and executive customer engagement. Work directly with Head of Customer Delivery to create service offerings aligned to enterprise and commercial market segments, including value positioning, scope of services, collateral, and pricing.
