Design and create various forms of educational & adoption content that provide users with ample opportunities to learn and upskill (e.g., videos, written content, in-app tutorials, multimedia assets, webinars, interactive exercises, presentations, etc.), considering different roles/personas, use cases, levels of experience and technical ability, unique ways of learning, and more. In this role, you will partner with Implementation, Customer Success, Technical Customer Care, Product Management, and Product Marketing to design innovative learning solutions that drive product adoption, customer retention and internal enablement efforts.
