The Associate General Counsel will be required to perform the following functions: (i) negotiate contracts using modern technology applications; (ii) develop and coordinate a contract management process; (iii) review, monitor, evaluate and resolve all Company insurance claims; (iv) coordinate with insurance brokers/insurance companies to address contractual legal and insurance issues and advise the Company personnel on how to address those issues; (v) coordinate with and supervise outside counsel on various litigation matters, and (vi) address, negotiation and document business and construction transactions and other legal matters.
