The firm represents primary and excess insurers, reinsurers, third-party administrators, managing general agents, insurance brokers and agents, and independent adjustment companies. The ideal candidate will have at least eight (8) to fifteen (15) years of experience providing coverage opinions regarding issues such as bad faith claims, disclaimers of coverage, coverage allocation, and policy interpretation.
