Trains all employees on how to properly perform all functions of a loan office, to include: take and process an application, how to properly work the counter and take payments, how to properly enforce the contract with customers, how to properly make collection calls, and how to properly close a loan. The Branch Manager is accountable for ensuring the day-to-day activities of the branch are effectively and consistently carried out per company policy each day in a manner that results in all required objectives consistently being achieved.
